Job Summary

The Australian Defence Force is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of Armoured Officer. As a key member of the Armoured Corps, you will be responsible for leading and commanding soldiers in a variety of combat and tactical situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and command soldiers in armoured fighting vehicle crews
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve mission objectives
  • Operate and maintain complex armoured vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with other units and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain a high level of physical fitness and mental toughness
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of the Royal Military College - Duntroon training program
  • 6 months of Corps-focused training at the School of Armour, Puckapunyal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
