Mater Misericordiae Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Registered Midwife or Dual Qualified Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care.
- Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge to manage patients and provide outstanding care.
- Implement strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into service provision.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional care and support.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth and development.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (no restrictions).
- Minimum of 12 months' experience full-time equivalent clinical experience working as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services.
