Claims Management Officer

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience.

What We Offer

We offer a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements outside onboarding and training periods. Our 8.5-hour shift schedule operates between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Confident communicator with empathy and fairness in tough conversations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing high volumes of requests while staying organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
