We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to assist in the management of relationships, quality and occupational health and safety at a hotel level.
The successful candidate will meet hotel service standards and customer service guidelines.
- Motivate and engage team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Coordinate on-site training and onboarding programs.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high standards.
- Report incidents and hazards as they occur.
- Foster strong relationships with hotel stakeholders.

About This Role
This is a key leadership position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide support and guidance to hotel staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and be able to motivate and engage team members to deliver exceptional results.
They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to coordinate on-site training and onboarding programs.
In addition, they will have a strong focus on quality and occupational health and safety, and be able to inspect completed work to ensure high standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting incidents and hazards as they occur, and fostering strong relationships with hotel stakeholders.
