As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for researching and developing new customers who can benefit from our company's products or services, maximizing client potential in designated regions.
Key Responsibilities- Meet service targets and budgets by developing realistic annual budgets in consultation with the Service & Branch Managers
- Prepare service contract proposals to identified clients and develop long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Persuade customers that our products or services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
- Provide technical and other assistance to service clients, preparing necessary reports for management and customers
- Meet regular service sales targets and coordinate service projects, providing training and producing support material for other members of the service team
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
- Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent from a similar trade background
- Selling and sales skills, experience in hydraulic service, and customer-focused approach
- Proficient PC skills, can-do attitude, energetic, and action-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
