Job Opportunity: Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to be the welcoming face of our property in a casual capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a front office professional who can deliver exceptional service and provide administrative support to our front office team.

  • Provide high standards of customer service to guests and residents.
  • Process guest check-ins and outs accurately.
  • Manage bookings and accounts using our park booking system.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.
Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A current driver's license.
