Senior AI Engineering Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Senior AI Engineering Leader to spearhead our AI engineering strategy and vision. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and lead a high-performing team of engineers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement AI engineering strategy across products and platforms
  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI/ML systems
  • Architect scalable, production-ready AI solutions integrated into core applications
  • Develop and maintain technical best practices around MLOps, CI/CD, code quality, and testing
  • Mentor and upskill engineers to build strong internal capability
  • Stay current with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and developments

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML delivery
  • Deep knowledge of software design patterns, scalable architectures, and testing strategies
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production (model serving, monitoring, lifecycle management)
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs and AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker)
  • Strong grasp of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data infrastructure
  • Clear leadership ability – mentoring, guiding, and enabling technical teams
  • Understanding of AI risk, governance, bias, and explainability
  • Bonus: Open-source contributions or community involvement in the AI/ML space
