About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at TGI Fridays Green Hills. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our recipe and plating guides.
  • Ensure that all meals are served in a timely manner and are of the highest possible quality.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation, section management, and general kitchen cleanliness.
  • Participate in menu development and improvement, working closely with the Head Chef to create new and exciting dishes.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
Requirements
  • Fully Trade Qualified in Commercial Cookery (Cert 3 preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
