Aged Care and Healthcare Professionals are needed to provide quality care to residents in aged care facilities. This is a dynamic opportunity for experienced General Practitioners to join our team and contribute to delivering comprehensive care.
About the Role
We require a General Practitioner with AHPRA registration, Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM, and the ability to work without supervision. You will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care in residential aged care settings and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care in a residential aged care setting
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to unique resident needs
