About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving business success through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support the development and delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements, ensuring effective communication between business and technology teams.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee system functionality meets expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Experience on technology projects related to integration, APIs, and disaster recovery, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex systems.
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and agile methodologies, with a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
