Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing educational programs that foster children's interests with warmth and care. You will work closely with families to ensure their child receives high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Build strong relationships with families to ensure their child receives high-quality care and education
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • 12 months of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • Ability to work full-time on a rotating roster
  • Confidence in having meaningful discussions with families
  • Strong understanding of the planning cycle and early learning frameworks
