Job Title: Fragrance / Cosmetic Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. With opportunities for career growth and development, this role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with general queries and offering advice on products.
  • Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system and serve customers promptly.
  • Set up visually appealing displays for catalogue promotions and maintain high visual merchandising standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Dedicated work ethic and excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • S2 & S3 trained applicants are highly regarded.
  • Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy are highly regarded.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and repeat tasks.
