**Role Overview:**

A leading logistics company is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Coordinator to manage one of our major retail clients.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for their freight needs, building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and understanding their requirements.

The role involves coordinating freight movements, tracking pallets, and liaising with third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities include processing claims, connotes, and credits for the customer, as well as assisting in locating and preparing freight according to customer specifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer service background. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
