We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our allied health team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to life and function.

• Conduct specialist assessments and mentoring to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans to promote client independence and return to work
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide vocational counselling services to support rehabilitation progress and return to work outcomes
• Conduct health coaching, including goal setting, stress management, and building resilience
• Ensure a proactive, client-centred approach to rehabilitation services is consistently delivered

• Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Provisional/Registered Psychology, and current ASORC registration
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
• Able to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance
