Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Sales Trainee / Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to represent our brand, gain exposure to a wide range of products, and develop your career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves to identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.
  • Address and resolve client issues related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner using internal resources.
  • Provide regular updates on brand status within branches to the sales team.
  • Implement promotional activities aligned with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
  • Maintain data information on customers and competitors using CRM.
Requirements
  • A recent graduate with a keen interest in developing a career in sales.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a range of customers.
  • An ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into business solutions.
  • Focused, passionate, and willing to go above and beyond.
