About the RoleAs a Rehabilitation Consultant, you are an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals in their recovery journey and guiding them through the process.
- Assist clients in recovering from injury and returning to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing.
- Manage a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS.
- Conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments.
- Deliver vocational counselling, facilitate interventions, and well-being programs.
- Collaborate and liaise with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
- Document case notes as part of your reporting, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You're passionate about connecting with and helping others feel their best again. Your excellent communication skills, integrity, and positive attitude make you a valued team member. You also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology & registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA.
- Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge.
- Valid Australian Drivers' License and own vehicle.
