Lead and Inspire Educational Programs

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to drive the delivery of high-quality programs for children aged 5-12.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic chance for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role in our organization, guiding and supporting our team of educators to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs and interests of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Mentor educators to enhance their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
  • Evaluate compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Collaborate with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of NQF, EYLF, and My Time Our Place framework.
  • Current qualifications in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
