About the Role:

  • This position requires demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement health promotion principles into clinical practice, develop, implement and evaluate primary health programs, and experience in Community Health Nursing and immunisation services.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.
  • Possession of or progress towards a certificate in Child & Community Health Nursing is preferred.
