Are you a high-performer with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where no two days are ever the same? We're seeking a talented Personal Banker to join our team at our Gawler branch.

About the Role

This is a sales-based customer service role where you'll engage with customers in-branch and over the phone, connecting them with the most suitable banking products to meet their current and future financial needs. You'll drive sales through referrals to our specialists in home loans and business banking, as well as generating new leads across various banking products.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Banking experience is a plus, but not essential – we're looking for individuals with high-performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Superior communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/sales environment.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex – no two days and no two customers are ever the same.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
