About the Role

Halcyon Knights is seeking a highly skilled Data Cleansing Lead to join their team on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site and remote work, based in Adelaide CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating data cleansing for the Shield Program, collaborating with project members, vendors, and technical specialists, and designing and documenting data cleansing tasks to support conversion frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data cleansing for the Shield Program.
  • Collaborate with project members, vendors, and technical specialists.
  • Design and document data cleansing tasks to support conversion frameworks.
  • Create and enforce security standards related to data cleansing.
  • Provide expert advice for Shield planning activities.
  • Lead a technical data cleansing team to meet project needs.
  • Manage data access, identity management, and audit requirements.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong direction and oversight of project team on data cleansing, archiving, and quality. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills, practical experience managing in an SDLC and ITIL environment, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, leadership and management abilities to guide a team and achieve outcomes, and the ability to pass a police clearance.

Requirements:

  • Strong direction and oversight of project team on data cleansing, archiving, and quality.
  • Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Practical experience managing in an SDLC and ITIL environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Leadership and management abilities to guide a team and achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to pass a police clearance.
  • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Desirable).
  • Experience in a managed service or blended environment.
