Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Consumer Finance team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of projects and initiatives in the Digital Consumer Finance domain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage scope and delivery to the endorsed scope and delivery plan.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to achieve project objectives.
- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery, including any necessary escalation and facilitation of agile ceremonies.
- Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Technology Simplification/Transformation Policy and Standards, including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management.
- Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
- Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/assurance functions.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of Change Management activities to support implementation.

Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in managing project delivery of over $3M.
- Banking and Finance technology experience.
- Software application development experience involving multiple systems integration.
- Waterfall/Agile delivery experience.
- Experience in Cards management systems.
- Experience in project governance that covers both business and IT.
- Team leadership experience.
- Technical management and solutioning experience.
