Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at HB Recruitment. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrear Collection and Accounts Management: You will be responsible for collecting and processing arrear payments, issuing retailer notices, and managing accounts receivable.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will work closely with retailers and other key stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, ensuring that our team delivers expected outcomes.
- Compliance and Reporting: You will adhere to and complete compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Financial Administration Experience: You will have prior experience in finance administration, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
- Tenancy Rent Management: Knowledge of tenancy rent management and collection is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: You will have excellent attention to detail and experience with data management.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and other key stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
