About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our Test Strategy for the delivery of projects and initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop test cases
  • Analyse user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility
  • Record test results and raise defect records and re-test fixes
  • Manage test case traceability and documentation
  • Execute all levels of testing, including System, Integration, and Regression
  • Work with the team to design and deliver quality automated and manual testing to meet delivery milestones
  • Actively contribute to the analysis of business specifications, solutions, estimations, and implementation decisions
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in testing, ideally test automation, and complex integration projects. You should have significant experience with CD/CI tooling, such as Jenkins, and experience managing automation testing tools, such as Selenium (Java). Familiarity with Jira, Quality Centre/ALM, or equivalent tools is also required. Experience with Behaviour-Drive Development, including Cucumber and Gherkin, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should have experience with API Service testing and virtualisation tools, such as SoapUi, and Parasoft, as well as performance testing tools, such as FinSim, JMeter. Strong functional testing capabilities in SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing are essential, with a focus on working with upstream and downstream testing, with reference to data feed. You should also have knowledge of all levels and types of testing, including functional, system, regression, user acceptance, stress, and performance testing. Knowledge or experience with Web Services (XML/SOAP) and some Integration Platform API testing is also beneficial.

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator, with excellent relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Experience working in banking financial services or wealth management domain is highly desirable.
