About the Role

This is a permanent full-time role that requires availability to work Monday to Sunday. The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance the customer and co-worker experience
  • Foster close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety, and security
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team
  • Place a strong emphasis on nurturing co-worker well-being and managing co-worker performance, competence development, and succession planning
  • Demonstrate a commitment to cost-consciousness and effectively manage resources and operational expenses

Requirements

  • Sound understanding of customer fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors
  • Proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in Fulfilment Operations
  • Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams
  • Extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains and supply chain methods, policies, and requirements
  • Thorough understanding of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfilment
  • Competence in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfilment flow allocation
