Timber Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Timber Driver to join our team. As a vital member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering timber products between Oberon, Sydney, and Newcastle locations.


Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timber freight between designated locations in accordance with agreed schedules.
  • Perform daily pre-start checks, including refuelling and maintaining the interior of the truck.
  • Ensure loads are properly restrained at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with other drivers, supervisors, and customers as required.
  • Comply with established coupling and uncoupling procedures.
  • Adhere to our safety standards at all times.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid open HC/MC licence and have relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering timber freight intrastate is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrate a strong attitude towards safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Have a history of safe work practices and excellent communication skills.
