Strategic IT Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Strategic IT Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical solutions that drive business value for our clients.

  • This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, and Core Banking to drive strategic partnerships with clients.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in providing solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives is required.
  • a strong understanding of the banking industry, including C-Suite level engagement, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Selling: Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients at the C-Suite level to understand their business drivers and develop effective strategies to address their challenges.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the banking industry and its trends, including lending, deposit management, and core banking.
Requirements:
  • a minimum of 8 years of experience in providing solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • excellent master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • extensive network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
  • strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
