Project Coordinator
A leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete reinforcing products seeks a Project Coordinator to join their team.
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to plan and establish delivery objectives, coordinate schedules, forecast project demand, and provide interpretations of contracts.
- The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and skills in project management, excellent computing skills, and a high degree of quality awareness.
- This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and establish delivery objectives by considering existing workload, orders, delivery dates, sales, and production forecasts.
- Coordinate schedules by communicating with other departments to avoid delay and customer dissatisfaction.
- Forecast project demand to enable the factory to align capacity.
- Provide interpretations of contracts and organize correspondence with contracting parties.
- Negotiate program and delivery requirements in line with contractual lead time commitments.
- Manage contractual variations, surcharges, and pricing movements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge and skills in project management.
- Excellent computing skills.
- High degree of quality awareness.
