About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a dynamic Workplace Services Coordinator - Mail & Logistics to join our team in Sydney CBD. As part of our wider Workplace team, you will drive and shape the future of workplace services, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences for our employees and visitors.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of mailroom operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, handling international shipping and customs procedures, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and assisting with ticketing system management and information channels.

This role requires strong IT proficiency, ideally in Google Suite, Slack, Quip, and service ticketing tools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facility management, workplace services, or hospitality, with proven expertise in mailroom management, shipping, and customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of mailroom operations, including mail sorting, distribution, and tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Handle international shipping and customs procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist with ticketing system management and information channels, providing support and resolving queries.
  • Conduct and coordinate office tours, showcasing facilities and services, and compile information about the office and building.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facility management, workplace services, or hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in mailroom management, shipping, and customs procedures.
  • Strong IT proficiency, ideally in Google Suite, Slack, Quip, and service ticketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and priorities.
