Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and its customers, providing support via phone and email.

You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving complaints and troubleshooting problems, processing orders and returns accurately, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and provide support.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in CRM systems and email.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet customer needs.
  • Customer-First Attitude: A patient and customer-first attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
