We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Childcare Program Lead, responsible for managing and coordinating childcare programs that support children with developmental concerns or disabilities.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with families and children aged 0-9, providing support and guidance to help them access the necessary resources and services. As a Childcare Program Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing childcare programs that meet the needs of individual children and families, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will work closely with the family to understand their goals and priorities, and provide support in implementing their child's NDIS plan. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience working in collaboration with mainstream and community stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a minimum Diploma tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Allied Health, or other relevant professional field. You should have experience managing and coordinating childcare programs, and demonstrated experience supporting and implementing evidence-based early childhood intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing childcare programs that meet the needs of individual children and families.
  • Managing and coordinating childcare staff to ensure effective delivery of programs.
  • Working closely with families to understand their goals and priorities.
  • Providing support to families in implementing their child's NDIS plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience managing and coordinating childcare programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
