About the Role

Bendigo Health is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team in a leadership role. As a Consultant Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to the Gastroenterology team, including clinical governance, service planning, people management, regional leadership, education, and research.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Gastroenterology and experience in a leadership role. You will be expected to practice within your scope of practice and be subject to Bendigo Health's Credentialing Committee's jurisdiction.

About the Team

The Clinical Operations Division at Bendigo Health encompasses acute, allied health, cancer, and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical, and specialty services, including Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics, and Mental Health Services.

Our Allied Health teams provide person-centered care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home, and residential care settings.
