About the Role

The Records Management Specialist will be part of the Information and Records Management Team, providing services that support compliance and governance. Key responsibilities include file transfer and retrieval, sentencing, archiving, and destruction of physical and digital records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the administration of Objective workflows to assist personnel with EDRMS functions, processes, and uptake.
  • Provide first and second-level system support for EDRMS.
  • Coordinate with IT systems and support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guides for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on records and information management best practice.
  • Plan and deliver EDRMS/IRM training, including the development of training products.
  • Assist the Records Officer with mail and courier processing.
Requirements
  • Experience in records management.
  • Proficiency with Objective.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15kg.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Australian citizenship (mandatory).
  • Current Baseline Clearance.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Randstad offers equal employment opportunities and a supportive work environment.
