Job Description

RAC Arena is seeking highly motivated and flexible Event Experience Crew Members to join our Catering Department. The role involves working across various events, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the delivery of memorable experiences.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who can work well under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and be adaptable to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees
  • Supporting event operations by performing tasks such as beverage serving, cash handling, and retail sales
  • Working effectively in a team to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an events setting
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
