Remediation Quality Assurance Lead (24-month Contract)

We are currently seeking an experienced Remediation Quality Assurance professional to support our projects and program workstreams for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.

About the Opportunity

This 24-month contract position will contribute to our remediation activities, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our remediation efforts. The role will be responsible for conducting quality reviews, analysing data and identifying areas for improvement to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.

About You

You will have proven experience in a quality assurance, risk, audit or related field, or a similar role focusing on financial crime remediation in a casino, financial services, or professional services environment. You will have demonstrated ability in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and methodologies, as well as conducting thematic and/or ad hoc reviews and audits of processes to identify issues and corrective actions. Your analytical skills and ability to problem-solve will be crucial in challenging and understanding issues and identifying remedial actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to share information in a clear and concise manner, as well as writing high-quality reports.

Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders and interpret data.

Knowledge of regulatory obligations in respect to financial crime compliance is preferred.
