Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary health care to clients accessing Congress Clinics
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
- Base Salary: $75,290 - $99,587 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $94,806 - $122,267 (p.a.)
- Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Contracts Available
- Six (6) weeks' annual leave
