We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Helping Hand. As a leader in residential care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and support a team of Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate medical interventions to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Liaise with families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain.
