Early Childhood Director

A visionary and skilled early childhood director is required to lead our service in providing exceptional care and education. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education and have experience in staff development, leadership, and operations management.

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in achieving high-quality early learning environments
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for staff development and engagement
  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, and will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in staff development, leadership, and operations management
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Working with Children Check
