Your Role in Our Team

As a key member of our Group Supply Chain team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills as an electrical tradesperson. You will work closely with our maintenance team, apply your knowledge, and take part in competency development activities. You will also be responsible for assisting with general maintenance activities, fault-finding, and supporting improvement programs.

This is a 4-year apprenticeship that will enable you to obtain a trade certificate alongside practical manufacturing experience with a leading beverage company.

Key Skills and Qualities

  • Prior knowledge or experience in a technical discipline, or hobbies relevant to aptitude in electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to follow instructions and reliably support a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and complete all RTO requirements contributing to earning your qualification
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team
  • Assist in problem-solving and the execution of assigned work
  • Investigate and escalate equipment-related issues to the appropriate specialist or manager
  • Studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable materials and methods
  • Analyse how the plant works and the control systems in place
  • Work on electrical plant and control systems under supervision
  • Participate in risk assessments to contribute to ongoing improvements in machine and process safety
  • Ensure compliance with job specifications, maintaining a high standard of quality in all work performed
