Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team in the Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a security presence, remaining alert and focused, and providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. The role involves working on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Concierge and commercial building security
- Access control and monitoring CCTV
- Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
- Directing and escorting visitors to site
- Visitor sign-in/induction and maintaining key registers and issuing keys
- Conducting foot patrols internal and external
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements)
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of presentation and grooming
- High-level computer literacy skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
