Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our motion content design team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, innovation and teamwork, with a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in motion content design.

  • Bachelor's degree in film, art or design or related field is required.
  • 10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction (ACD or CD level) in agency, production company or corporate setting is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of motion graphics designers and editors to create high-quality motion content.

They will also be responsible for collaborating with creative project managers to control budgets, timelines and flow of work.

In addition, they will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to inspire and motivate their team, and have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of motion graphics designers and editors to create high-quality motion content.
  • Collaborate with creative project managers to control budgets, timelines and flow of work.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow professionally and personally.
