Warehouse Picker Role

As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection of products from warehouse shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed to facilitate efficient product movement.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or order picking environments is highly desirable.
  • Able to work with voice-directed systems (training provided) and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets are essential.
