About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside seasoned professionals, honing your skills while contributing to diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing calibration, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance to Trescal's electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic instrumentation.
  • Plan and install new instrumentation as required by customers.
  • Maintain a high level of technical competency, ensuring that diagnosed and repaired instruments or systems can be returned to service with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Take responsibility for tasks assigned to you and complete them within set timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, have an interest in mechanical and electrical apparatus, be willing to travel, and work on customer sites.
  • You will be a team player who is able to follow procedures and instructions.
  • Have completed a minimum of year 10 with good results in English and Mathematics.
  • Have a driver's licence.
  • Be safety-minded.
  • Be well presented.
  • Have excellent listening skills and be able to follow instructions.
  • Be flexible to perform jobs that may require overnight stays.
  • Have the ability to pass a Medical, Drug, and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check.
