Our team is the heart of Warner Music Australasia. You'll be working with passionate, creative professionals who are dedicated to supporting artists and delivering exceptional music experiences. Your role will be integral to our mission, impacting both our team and the artists we support.
The People Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our people from an operational standpoint and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on the employee experience and help shape the future of our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The People Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate data entry in Workday.
- Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documents and conducting orientations.
- Supporting people initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and diversity efforts.
- Handling general inquiries and assisting employees with policies and procedures.
- Organising and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Assisting with payroll administration and benefits management.
This role requires:
- A degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
It would be beneficial if you also had:
- Experience with Workday.
- 1-2 years of HR administration experience.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
