As a highly skilled and experienced nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- You will work closely with patients, families, and staff to establish positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Your role will involve supervising and preceptoring Enrolled Nurses, graduates, and students, as well as AINs/PSAs.
- You will work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- You will have the opportunity to lead quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes.
- You will participate in clinical and compliance auditing to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years full-time scrub scout experience in general and/or urology.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- The capacity to implement strategies to integrate quality and risk management into daily activities.
- A thorough understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.
