Atmos is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Executive to join our team. As a Cyber Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and other staff in providing legal and advisory services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

As a Cyber Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting and formatting documents, managing multiple matters and deadlines, and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities & Skills:
  • Drafting & Formatting: Strong written communication; impeccable attention to detail; advanced styles/formatting in Word.
  • Organisation & Prioritisation: Managing multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders calmly and transparently.
  • Client Service: Professional presence, clear communication, and expectation management.
  • Technical Proficiency & Digital Agility
  • AI & Automation Tools: Interest and developing experience leveraging AI powered tools for document review, drafting assistance, research, and workflow optimisation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Adaptability to Emerging Tech: Comfortable learning and adopting new legal tech platforms, cloud based systems, and digital collaboration tools quickly.
  • Productivity Tools: Microsoft 365 (Word—advanced, Excel—intermediate, Outlook, PowerPoint/Teams), PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat—bookmarks, redactions).
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment with a critical mind and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
