Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Description- Build and Foster Strategic Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with Wholesale Cafe Partners to drive quality, retention, and growth.
- Secure New Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to introduce exceptional specialty coffee to customers.
- Represent the Brand: Showcase Campos Coffee at industry events and other forums.
- Train and Maintain Quality Standards: Provide education and support to Wholesale Cafe Partners to meet presentation standards.
- Strategize for Success: Collaborate with partners to increase profitability and achieve goals.
- A passion for coffee and experience working with coffee is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, barista skills, coffee knowledge, and equipment knowledge are necessary.
- A proven track record in new business development and account management is desirable.
- Ideally, previous experience in a cafe/hospitality environment at management level is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve KPIs is essential.
- Physical fitness to lift boxes, grinders, and coffee machines is required.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of small businesses is necessary.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems are required.
- Valid Australian work permit and full clean driver's license are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to regional QLD and stay overnight if required.
