Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our national team of Speech Pathologists.

You will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

Your role will involve assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy in various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and office locations.

You will be supported by high-quality assessment tools, online resources, and internal and external professional development opportunities.

The ORS executive team prioritizes work-life balance, providing flexible arrangements for staff to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A dedicated Speech Pathology Learning and Development Manager will support your clinical growth and professional development.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  2. Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
  3. A car and driver's license
  4. A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one
