Civil Road Construction Labourer

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking reliable and experienced Civil Road Construction Labourers to work on a major project in the Capricornia Region. The project involves the upgrading of Rockhampton/Yeppoon road and requires Labourers to work on various tasks such as clearing and grubbing, realignment, pavement reconstruction, and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate roller machinery and assist with road construction tasks
  • Work in a team environment to achieve project goals
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols
  • Assist with directing traffic through work sites and moving materials around the site
  • Operate company vehicles used in road working and assist with general labouring site duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in civil road construction
  • White card and drivers licence
  • Machinery operator ticket
  • Full PPE and reliable transport to and from the work location
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical
