Job Title: Roofing Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Roofing Instructor to join our team at Only FE. As a Roofing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the art of roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to students of all skill levels
• Provide one-on-one instruction and feedback to students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in roofing
• Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and improve teaching methods

Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Roofing
• Experience in teaching or training in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
