Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and caring customer-centric individuals to join our team as Casual Bottle Shop Attendants.

The successful candidate will assist the Bottle Shop Manager in conjunction with the collective team to successfully operate the store in a hands-on role within a front-of-house (FOH) & back-of-house (BOH) capacity.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience are paramount.
  • The ability to build rapport with guests is crucial for success in this position.
  • A passion and care for the hospitality industry and the people that work within it are vital.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity, and an outgoing attitude are highly valued traits.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Previous cash handling skills experience is preferable.
  • A high level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well is necessary.
  • Impeccable personal presentation is expected.
  • A high standard of physical fitness and manual handling is required due to the physically demanding nature of the role.
  • Current RSA certification is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
